November 2009
At the end of November, Greenview Environmental donated a large quantity of locally produced bark mulch to a charitable project that helped transform the garden at Beccles Children’s Home in Suffolk.
On Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November, staff from Suffolk County Council took part in a Ground Force style makeover at the home, turning its outdoor space into a safer, more enjoyable environment for the children that stay there.
Greenview’s GreentopTM Woodland Mulch, which is produced at the company’s County Mulch composting centres across the region, was just one of a number of items donated to the project by local firms.
John Jardine, CEO of Greenview Environmental said: “We are pleased to support staff from the County Council and delighted our bark mulch is being put to such good use at Beccles Children’s Home.”
